Presentation Description: This online virtual session aims to examine evidence-based strategies and share data-driven insights on designing and implementing curricular interventions that support exploratory students at varying levels of career and major decidedness.

Learning Objective: 1. Explain how varying levels of career and major decidedness influence student learning behaviors, decision-making, and engagement in exploratory courses 2. Evaluate differentiated strategies for guiding career and major exploration based on students' levels of decidedness 3. Assess the impact of curricular interventions on retention and persistence among exploratory students 4.
