Rose Fuller is a passionate career development professional with more than twenty years of experience in higher education career services, specializing in career counseling, program development, assessment, and practitioner training. She served most recently as the director of a Florida regional state university, where she led a team serving more than 16,000 students. She is particularly proud of building a Faculty Career Champions training program, a large-scale employer Mock Interview Day, partnerships with cutting-edge career technology solutions, creating career content for faculty to integrate into curriculum, and serving the student body as Adjunct Faculty.Rose earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Education in Human Services and Counseling from DePaul University in Chicago. She holds certifications as a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP), and is a trained facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and a certified Integrative Enneagram practitioner.Rose is deeply committed to the professional preparation of career practitioners and believes in the power of networking! She is very involved with the Chamber of Commerce and has participated in their Leadership Development program. She is a long-standing member of the National Career Development Association and is based in southwest Florida.
