I’m Essam Ali Osman, and I’ve always been passionate about helping people find their direction — not just a job, but a path that truly fits who they are.
Since earning my GCDF certification in 2011 (among the first in the Arab region), I’ve worked with students, professionals, and educators across the Arab world to align their values, strengths, and goals for meaningful careers.
I’ve designed and led programs like Learn to Earn, Technology Ambassadors, and Agile Youth, each focused on preparing people with practical skills and confidence for the future of work. As an adjunct instructor at the University of the People, I bring those ideas into the classroom, turning theory into self-awareness, decision-making, and real career growth.
I’ve also shared my insights at the Arab Professional Development Conference and other events, discussing how digital transformation is reshaping our professional world. With an MBA from ESLSCA University and ongoing Ph.D. research in strategic management, I bridge business strategy and human development to create learning experiences that inspire action.
